Each work is produced exclusively to order. For this reason, all acquisitions are final.

If your piece arrives damaged or with a production defect, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

To request a replacement, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue, the packaging, and the shipping label.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or minor variations in color or tone that may appear differently across screens.

Each piece is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure safe arrival. In the rare event that an issue occurs in transit, we will make it right.
